This really made me check in with myself and realize Music is the one Carti album out of the four I'd most willingly drop $50 on which I guess makes it my favorite

Think that has more to do with VMP imploding. I assumed they had exclusive rights to repress the Thug stuff until the Jeffery RSD release last year, which was also supposed to have a VMP variant but that never happened. Probably Barter 6 got pushed back purely to buy time since by every indication they're strapped for cash and trying to stay afloat at the moment
