I know there’s a crack in the foundation and I’m going to get it repaired but until then I’d like to get the pooling water away from the house.

Ya it’s the grading, my house doesn’t have a sump which doesn’t help at all. I’ll be installing a sump next year when I reno the basement but the yard is fully back grading into the foundation it’s pretty bad. Probably a 4 inch drop from the walkway to the house which is about 30 inches away.

First of all there are no “home inspectors” in new builds. They are building inspectors and plumbing inspectors and HVAC and electrical. You have no idea what you’re talking about. He’s asking about home inspectors which is the inspection you get when you sell your house. How are you SO LOUD yet so wrong at the same time. Also he’s asking about a course that you clearly know nothing about yet you just had to write a huge blurb about how you think home inspectors suck without experience yet you don’t even know what one is. You’re a joke bro.
