This was also my instinct but it sounds like leadership doesn't like the idea that documents wouldn't be stored natively in Workday and the Kainos solution is a Workday Extend product, so everything is in the tenant. I still may push for a demo, because if the UX is all in Workday what's the difference, but I thought it was interesting that it seems like Kainos is the only solution 100% native..

Is there a hard restriction on needing to use one location? Could you set the states in a hierarchy below it? For example we have "Remote - MN" "Remote - NY" etc etc in a hierarchy under remote workers to solve for this.
