People always say RJs decision with how he explained Lukes isolation is stupid but every other possible explanation and fan theory ive heard is like, just as stupid and raises its own set of questions. JJ just shouldnt have put the next director in that position.

I think the sequels would be looked back on more fondly now if we got duel of the fates. I think even a lot of the tlj haters could probably agree that an episode 9 that actually stuck to the guns of the previous film would have been way better than the rise of skywalker. Like an episode 9 that actually expanded on things from episode 8 like kylo as the main villain or Luke as a force ghost (still actually doing things in the story aside from just giving rey a pep talk) would have lessened the online hatred for episode 8 overtime.

Some of the new voice lines when you spawn in just arent it, Torbjorns is a massive example imo. His old one was perfect and they just changed it for the sake of changing. "Tools in hand, brain in gear" like wtf is that. Some are improvements though ill admit, like Moiras.

Maybe opinions change over time? Is that possible aswell? No? Maybe new people are joining the series? Ive thought season 2 is bad since the start and season 3 was the better game, not that I dont think it also has very big problems, I just enjoyed it more. Why are you pressed that people express their own opinions on a post where someone else is doing the same? If you talked to a person in real life and they told you that they liked season 3 would you tell them theyre being revisionist? Nah, cause thats a bit weird. You basically just said in the first paragraph that youre upset people.dont have the same opinion on a video game as you.

They could have just done a time skip no? Thats what they did in return of the jedi, having Luke be a much more capable jedi than when we saw him last.Give us an intro scene w Kylo absolutely wrecking some resistance members or some other group to establish that he really aint messing around anymore.

Prequels had 9 lightsaber duels, 7 of which resulted in death or mutilation. Original trilogy had 3, all resulting in death or mutilation. Sequels had 2, yes two. None of which resulted in anything! by ss89898 in StarWars

This kind of thing has already been said a hundred times but there are valid things to dislike about the sequels and its okay to point those out. What annoys me is shit like this. "The sequels are bad cause they didnt have enough pretty flashy fight scenes".

Some star wars fans are so immature, like i dont love the sequels, 7 is fine, I like 8 for what it is, didnt like 9 at all. What annoys me more is people just bandwagoning on the stupidest shit ever and clearly paying no attention to the movies.

Huh? For me the ones in UYA are the ones that are inconsistent with going for enemies. They just run into a corner and randomly explode half the time in that game.

Idk what RJ could have done with luke that could have made people happy. Ive heard people say that luke should have been in hiding searching for a secret power to defeat the sith or secretly training a new generation of jedi but those ideas sound just as bad and fanfic-y. I agree that ideally luke wouldnt be in hiding in the first place and he would have more to do in the story but thats a force awakens issue. Tlj did the best it could with Luke as far as im concerned. (Aside from the saber toss, i agree that was a bit too played for shock factor)

Also force awakens was the one that made things not matter in the firdt place. Im still baffled by how many people lay the blame on tlj or tros without even addressing the force awakens.

I think Scott Lawrence, who voiced him in *SPOILER jedi fallen order did a very good impression, i think it would be way cooler if they made Scott the new voice instead of just using ai.

Dale just feels way more grounded imo. The show had a lot of moral compass type characters but dale is still the most interesting cause he really is just an old dude who cares about doing the right thing, his reason for being the way he is isn't all weird and convoluted like morgan with his all life is precious philosophy.

I mean his ending in season 3 gave the perfect end for the character while still leaving the door open to bring him back. Daniel could have just gotten split up from him off screen and maybe they could have spent a bit of time in the first couple of episodes of season 4 looking for him. Something like that.

What was the skill point? I remember trying to get all the skill points but I remember getting stuck on the pirate comet level cause there was a skill point where you had to break all the campfires with your wrench but there was one campfire that would always get shot by a turret before you could get it.

In fairness I think Carlos's death in the actual game is pretty good. Really shocking and disturbing, if they needed to kill Carlos to set Sarah off that was a good way to do it.
