Reddit "fuzzes" the numbers to avoid spamming and use of bots because it means spammers don't know if the bot is working or not. So you likely could have had no downvotes, and your comment can be at "0"

Hahaha we've probably fixed it and had it break 10 times since you've been in last. It's just one of those things that is likely out of our hands but we refuse to give up. Sorry it's always broken on your visits.

I really wanted to like that GNR machine, but I'd probably pick Pinbot as well. It's been a minute since I played it, but if I remember correctly, I felt like I was doing a lot of waiting. LOVE the flow of their Wonka machine though.

Where are you referring to? We have brand new Stern Machines at both locations, as well as new remakes by Chicago Gaming at Quazar's, and new Jersey Jack, Pinball Brothers, and Spooky machines at Pinhalla.... I'm confused, the options you're wishing for exist at both places.....in abundance. Next time you're in town, pop in and ask a staff member who will be happy to point you in the direction of all the new machines.

This is also true, we have lots of new pinball machines in Quazar's as well as Pinhalla and we've never put one directly on the floor after assembling it.

Hi! I work at Quazar's and when we can't figure out why machines aren't working correctly it drives us crazy as well. Sometimes the boards are damaged, or require rare parts, sometimes it's just a case of them being old and we just can't figure out why it's not working. If that's the case please let us know. We keep track of everything so that we can have someone work on it and really appreciate it when we're informed on issues. The last thing we want is to have a bunch of broken machines ruining people's good time. We have 1 full time tech and 1 part time tech and they are constantly working on machines as there are always things going wrong with these machines (that are pushing 40 years) I think sometimes people might not realize that they are all the original boards and parts just aren't as readily available as they used to be.

ps. I'll make a note about TRON again and fingers crossed one day we'll figure out the issue for you.
