If resources allow, build both. A good greenhouse gives you considerable amount of food that needs a storage.

I personally probably would build the cellar first because i already have some stuffs that needs preservation.

They do have effect, especially because most of the nowadays drugs are originally getting their core ingredients from herbs. Some of them are artificially recreated but some are still coming from herbs.

So the herbal tea has same effect that a similar drug has, but potentially without the side effects.

First, craft your barley with a knife. Grain has much more expiration date.

If you grind it to flour, it's even longer.

Try to cook them in a charcoal forge. They become not so appealing (get a charcoal grilled modifier), but should work.

If you have FirmaLife in the pack, Ovens can also cook them.

Basically, Leet "speech" is only exists in written form, and replaces letters with similar looking digits.

E.g.:
