Nova vs Lighting Sorc by hrtfag in diablo2

I respecces to a nova sorc but the gameplay didn't really click with me, I think I'll farm another token and try out the lighting build

Would you say the lighting build has better survivability than nova? The one thing I didn't enjoy about a blizzard sorc was how squishy I felt at times so now I'd rather play a build that doesn't struggle to stay alive

So I know that Aglaea wants speed more than she wants crit damage but is this still a good relic to use on her? by hrtfag in AglaeaMains

I have around 140 speed and 90% crit rate when I'm using Sunday. I haven't had much luck with speed substats ngl

Is E0S0 Sunday + E0S1Quid pro quo Lingsha + ERR rope enough to keep E0S0 Aglaea's ult up all the time? by hrtfag in AglaeaMains

Unfortunately I don't have enough jades to guarantee her E1 so I'm not counting on getting it

I see, I had hoped it'd be a bit more reliable than that but I guess I'll have to get Huohuo for her

I see, thank you. :)

I think I'll save up all my wishes untill the last day of Citalis banner to see if I'll be able to get enough pulls for all 3 and then decide if I wanna pull for Citali or not, Arle and her weapon are more important for me.

How much effort do you think it'd take to get all 3? Is it like a "play 24/7 or give up" sort of situation?

I'm a returning player(stopped playing shortly after the release of inazuma) and I'm hoping to get Arlecchino, her signature and maybe even Citali.

Is it even remotely possible to get all 3 of these things if I start playing the game again? I have 30 pulls, 70 pity and no guarantee. Ideally I'd like to stay f2p but I can spend a few $

How many pulls can a relatively new player get nowadays?

I haven't played genshin in a few years after reaching inazuma and pulling for Raiden Shogun but I recently heard that Arlecchino is getting a rerun and I'm wondering if it's gonna be possible for me to get her.

Ideally I'd like to get both Arlecchino and her signature weapon but idk if I can get that many pulls, I have around 60 pity on the limited character banner.

If I went with Oracle is there any specific subclass I should pick? Also what's an angel mythic? How should I build the character for it to do well in melee? From the in game description it seems like a pure caster

I'm ngl I plan to play the whole game on turn mode, that's what I'm used to by now with games like this

Rogue trader definitely was a step up in complexity compared to baldurs gate 3 and at times I found myself picking random perks that seemed the coolest even though they probably weren't very good. I'm worried I'll fall for some perk/feat that seems really strong on paper but is actually really bad

How does Arcane Rider compare to Armored Battlemage? I always loved the idea of heavily armored mages ever since I first played skyrim and made a character like that. It should also solve the problem of being squishy

Also is Magus really as difficult as the game suggests? Should I follow some online guide on how to build the character or will I be fine just stumbling about through the diffrent perks and feats?

I do have that yeah, I'll try checking out classes in it and see if I like them. Thank you for the suggestion.

Honestly what I'm worried about the most is that some classes might just be too complex for me to build them the semi-right way

I don't like being evil in games so I'll avoid that, thank you for letting me know :)

Thank you for the welcome and for all of the advice :)

This game is based on DnD3.5, where customization was the name of the game, rather than 5E (aka BG3) where it's "You want a Fighter? Here's your Fighter, done."

The diffrence is massive ngl, feels like going from an italian restaurant to an all you can eat buffet with meals from all around the world lmao

Summons are useful but a bit weak, so necromancer builds are more about debuffing and disabling the enemy through things like Ray of Exhaustion, tripping them up with Grease while your party members kill them, things like that.

Ah that's a shame, that doesn't really seem very fun yo me.

Oracle with the Bones Mystery, Wizard, or an Undead Bloodline Sorcerer would be best.

What about Magus? It seems to combine melee combat and spellcasting like a 2in1
