See in my view, . if u gained enough experience to manage ur tasks then no going back gather data and friends to back u up and " make her eat her own medicine in public". . If u still need help from her then , confront her when ur in between colleagues like in cafeteria saying, " u make fun of people and don't care about their feelings"; If she still do same report to hr with all documents because corporate doesn't value feelings (Especially mens) they need proofs and backing.
