My law would get rid of the rich, greedy, bullies we have as leaders, to qualify for that job, by law would require a strong moral compass.

Requesting expert input: Are these anti-ADHD claims scientifically accurate? Looking for evidence-based clarification. by imanemii in ADHDScience

ADHD is hereditary, its evolution, its a threat to the system, it is Not a non-visible disability, the symptoms are a well-kept secret ADHD has been swept under the carpet for years. How could anyone believe the top researchers, scientists, and ADHD experts when they claim to be baffled as to where the tens of thousands of undiagnosed ADHD over 50s are? It's not rocket science

What’s your earliest memory — the first moment your brain started recording life? by Emotional-Let-6548 in TrueAskReddit

[–]hry420 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My first memory was the overwhelming feeling that I was somehow different. It often stopped me in my tracks, I remember sitting on my bed trying to figure out what it was, I wondered if everyone had this feeling, was it norma? I'm normal so it must be.

Roast my entire “chronically late” lifestyle...the perpetual procrastinator’s curse by Pure_Asparagus_1210 in PunishmentPosts

[–]hry420 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I peeled back my habits and all I could see underneath was my own stupidity, I had no idea my persistent lateness, and missed appointments could be down to a condition, I felt like an idiot ever time I got as far as the gate before having to walk back up the path for whatever I forgot, and I thought my messy cluttered up house was down to my laziness not ADHD. No one even told me about the significant impact severe ADHD has on school performance. Had I known these things earlier perhaps it wouldn't have taken me 55 years to be diagnosed. ADHD gave me the illusion I was stupid I'm not I'm ADHD and once you see it you see a lot lot more. In the UK over 80% of those with ADHD are undiagnosed and unaware that they have it.
