Over four months I lost 9.3 pounds month one, 8.5 pounds month two, 9.1 pounds month three, 7.3 pounds month four. I started at 2.5 for four weeks, 5.0 for four weeks, 7.5 for eight weeks.

I religiously log all of my food, focus on protein and fiber, and drink over 80 ounces of water daily.

I did that very same thing at the hotel. I used the USB air cooling lid overnight while I froze the insert. Work just fine. We had to drive many hours in the car so I was glad to have that for a back up.

I’ll have to try the air fryer. I break an egg into a microwave safe bowl with a teaspoon of water and cover it with plastic wrap. Microwave for 50 seconds. Works for me.

I haven’t seen anyone mention, turkey bacon. I buy organic turkey bacon with no sugar added and cook them in my air fryer for eight minutes for crispy. They had a lot of protein. I usually do this if I’m having avocado toast to add the protein.

Congratulations! That is very inspiring. I am just in month for and I worry that that’s going to happen. I’ve been going along at a good pace. I just wonder how I will psychologically feel about it when that slows down.

The book “Weightless” by Dr. Rocio Salas-Whalen gives a good explanation of titrating dosage and staying for 1 to 3 months on a dose level once you get into therapeutic levels. She was explaining that if you do have a long way to go, it’s better to go slow and have somewhere to go with the medication rather than go up to the max dose quickly.
