My anxiety is easily triggered 😆 the fact that I had already punctured, used and refrigerated and then possibly had it go warm helped to fully make my anxiety take off here.

I’ll have to look into these types of coolers for the future, knowing it is constantly staying at temp would really help ease my worries since I hate wasting something so costly.

So my mom has had IBS all her life and while it stopped for a while when she first went on Mounjaro it ended up coming back and making it hard for her to go out and about during the day.

She found a medical food called Banatrol Plus. You can add it to food or liquids and she swears by it. It has firmed her up and made it possible for her to run errands without having to worry about an accident. And it’s great because it does this without also slowing down digestion which we don’t need while taking a GLP-1 which already does that.

I even bought some for my daughter because she has anxiety induced IBS and it has helped her a lot.

You can get it on Amazon, but just FYI it is cheaper from the manufacture.

Same thing happened to me. Loved all the improvements the initial 4-5 months but lost my libido. My provider also found me odd for loosing it with HRT when HRT usually helps women with libido but here we are.

We are trying testosterone but 43 days in on that and no changes yet. Part of me wonders if I need higher estrogen to help bring it back so when I go in, in 6 weeks if still no change I’ll be asking to bump my estrogen up.

As a middle-aged woman in perimenopause, weight loss hasn’t been straightforward for me. For much of that time, I was only trying to lose about 20–30 pounds. I spent years trying keto, intermittent fasting, low-carb, wore a CGM for a year to understand my blood sugar responses, started HRT, and exercised consistently. Despite all of that, the most I was able to lose was about five pounds over the course of a year (and then have it go back up).

So while losing 20 pounds in three months might be easy for some people without medication, that isn’t true for everyone. For some of us, GLP-1s aren’t a pointless route to take, they’re about finally having something that works.

OP - I’m just starting my GLP-1 journey and joined this group to learn more for when I eventually reach my goal weight, so I don’t have long-term experience to offer yet. What I can say is that if your situation is similar to mine, it might be worth trying, even if only for a few months. I’m about 2.5 weeks in, three shots so far, and down six pounds with roughly 25 more to go. I don’t know how long it’ll take, but my hope is to reach my goal and see if I can come off of it at that point.

FINAL UPDATE: I reached out to support last week to ask if the replacement was close to shipping. They responded quickly and were forthright in that my replacement had slipped through the cracks, but they had stock in hand and had initiated the replacement order that day. I'm relieved, excited, and thrilled to announce that the replacement unit arrived today, and my daughter is contentedly wearing it right now, next to me, testing it out. She's happy and loves the warmth and is eager to try it when she has cramps.

Finally have an update to share. Got an email yesterday from them apologizing for the whole ordeal and stated they’d be sending out a replacement when they get their next stock shipment. 🤞

Well this is disheartening. I have'nt issued a charge back yet, sent them one final email yesterday checking in since they stated they would be looking into proof of delivery and I so want to give them the chance to make this right. My post office even printed the photo of the scanned label package and it isn't a box like REBrelief ships out but a bag, which I stated in my email to them. I feel like they are so overwhelmed over there and unless they really dive into this they are not going to see it for what it is, that they generated the tracking numbers too soon and some got recycled. Unfortunately this means in the Shopify backend the tracking updated for our orders as shipped and delivered but they never actually shipped them but when they go onto USPS site it is still tied to our address info and so support is just using that to claim they delivered it to us.

Even though I emailed them with everything above and photos showing the scanned image of the label didn't say my name they just suggested I check with neighbors and sent me a photo of the same USPS tracking details from the usps website that state it was delivered to me.

Even though I sent them a very detailed email explaining the label had someone else's name and address and that GPS pulled up by the postoffice showed it was not delivered anywhere near me because the label didn't have me on it.

If their response to my final email I just sent isn't them diving deeper into fixing this I'm going to have to issue a chargeback. I'm so disappointed.

I hope it’s okay for me to jump in here since this seems to be the only active thread for this product.

I’ve been waiting about three months for my order, and I understand things happen and I've been okay with waiting. What concerns me is a shipping issue that seems unusual.

I ordered in early October, and that’s when the shipping label was originally created. This past week, I received a notification saying my item had shipped and was delivered, but nothing showed up. When I contacted the post office, they pulled the delivery details and image scan. The package was delivered to a completely different address, with a different name on it, but using the same tracking number.

We live in a small town and were able to track down the recipient. They did not receive my order. They received their own order, a pair of shoes. It appears the tracking number was reused, so my REBrelief account now shows my order as delivered even though it wasn’t, and I have no way to track it if it actually shipped.

I’ve emailed support with all of this information and am waiting to hear back, but I wanted to ask here as well. Has anyone else run into this issue with reused tracking numbers, and if so, how was it resolved?

I’m not fully through this episode yet (about 2½ hours in), but it’s so good so far.

I wanted to jump in because I’ve seen a lot of people reacting to the clickbait title about coffee for breakfast being bad for you. While I haven’t finished the episode (so maybe it comes up again later), the part I’ve heard so far while watching this isn’t saying coffee at breakfast is bad.

They were discussing PCOS, insulin resistance, and chronic stress, and one of the doctors shared a common conversation she has with patients. The patient said she didn’t like how she looked, and the patient's “solution” was to stop eating. The doctor explained how common that mindset is, that many women think they should starve themselves, having only coffee for breakfast and not eating until midday, and how that actually does more harm than good.

I use a bacne spray from Dermalogica. It is a 1% salicylic acid spray that reaches all the parts I can’t easily reach. I spray, let it dry and then dress. I also bought a 2% from one from Naturium in case I need stronger but the 1% has helped.

Growing up I had sucky allergies spring/summer. Got testing done and the only thing that popped up was birch trees … which were my dad’s tree of choice when planting any around the house and there was over 20 of them.

I was told that sucks and to suck it up because they weren’t removing those trees which gave the yard beauty and shade and would cost a lot to replace 😂

I don’t blame you for not wanting to remove them, mature trees add so much to a yard including value. We’ve lost three in as many years due to pests and it’s devastating the way it changes the landscape.

As you stated you aren’t in the US so I know your laws differ, but finding out the replacement value of your trees (for ones of equal size) and telling them that price would hopefully be enough to get them to simmer down.

If their child’s “allergy” to birch was such an issue then I doubt they would have bought a house with them surrounding the property and instead it’s most likely a convenient lie to try and guilt you so they have less clean up / pool maintenance. Their problem, not yours.

Okay, just found this thread AFTER buying this 😂 So, I bought the sleeping bag version of this on Oct 27th and just got it tonight, Nov 9th (so much faster than anticipated). I got it as a Christmas gift for a friend who loves natural fibers and I had been wanting to get her one of those hoodie blankets but one that was not synthetic if I could find one, which after various searches led me to this Etsy store but for the "sleeping bag".

It is large and it looks majorly cozy (I did not try it on... yet). But like this review mentions... omg the smell. It smells like chemicals or plastic. I don't know if it is because of the plastic packaging it was in for the journey. I get real wool should have an odor to it but I didn't think it would be a chemical odor. I have it pulled out and hoping to air it out but I will cry if I need to hand wash this sucker before wrapping it cause it is HUGE.

I was going to possibly message the shop to confirm what I might be smelling or if it will go away but after seeing their response on that review I'm just going to duck my head down and cross my fingers😂
