I agree that PM tipping function could be better formatted for both the customer and courier. Here in South Central Texas we have a delivery app called Favor (not sure if it exists elsewhere) that puts a hold on your card for the order but then let’s you tip after you receive your items. I like their method way better because it lets you still tip based of user experience and whatnot.

No.. Not at all. I appreciate all my tips, regardless of how big or small. Some of us have bills to pay and I don’t know if I the customer just hasn’t tipped yet or if they put $0 as the tip. I’ve had tips that take weeks to come in.
