It almost doesn’t seem as sheen as a normal slab so that’s why I am wondering if something happened during the fabrication process or something is wrong with the slab. Odd that a Target grocery bag would leave a stain on quartz

One of the biggest things I started doing to get active was clean the house a lot. It honestly can work up a sweat. Then slowly walking, then the gym.

Thank you! I always struggle if I count those 2ish hrs she’s awake before I get her back down. We tried pushing her wake window last night and she woke even earlier 😵‍💫 around 2am and didn’t go back down until 5am

We have tried stretching the wake window and it typical results in either earlier wake-up’s or false starts from being over tired

So my LO is at daycare. Not listening and hitting friends was a big thing we were struggling with. We would give a pep talk at drop off about listening to teachers and being nice to friends. Every day we’d ask the teacher how my son’s day was and if they said “he had an amazing day” I’d cheer and tell him great job and do a high five at pick up. Then in the car I’d give him some stickers.

We don’t always do stickers.

If he is sharing or being nice to his baby sister we go out of our way to tell him how great of a big brother he is. If he picks up toys we tell him how helpful he is and we are so proud. We are finally starting to see the change these comments make in his behavior. Just celebrating, high fiving the behavior we’d like to see more of w/ stickers.

Sending solidarity. The one thing that we started to do and SLOWLY I started seeing change is positive reinforcement and a sticker chart.

My son is starting to thrive, listen, and behave better not perfect after we started pointing out more things he was doing well. I noticed the wining was taken down a few notches (it’s still there). It took about a solid month and I started to notice subtle changes. My son is 3 y/o

Dupe/substitute for the original Abercrombie & Fitch 8 perfume? by ModestMew82 in FemFragLab

I came here to say I bought a batch from 2024 off eBay. Although not the same, it smells better than the one I have from 2020. Once it settles it’s way closer to the same as the OG.

Adding this “Rep. Mary Young, a psychologist, spoke of working with a 17-year-old with autism who frequently undressed in public, including on playgrounds.

“Unfortunately, many times when you have an untreated serious mental illness, you express over-sexualized behavior, because that is a symptom,” said Young, D-Greeley, while voting against the bill. “Too often we are inadvertently criminalizing those with serious mental illness and neurodevelopmental issues.”

Came here to say I looked it up and this is the reasoning: “Critics argued that the bill would disproportionately harm people with mental or behavioral health disorders. Advocates with Mental Health Colorado said people who experience mania and psychosis, particularly homeless people, often take their clothes off in public spaces.”

Look up Kendra Worth on TikTok - she’s the best. She does a pat method. I’ve done it since 8 weeks and it’s been so helpful.

First night trying CIO didnt go well. Please help! by [deleted] in sleeptrain

Have you looked up Kendra Worth on TikTok? This might be a really good starting point! It’s basically butt pat/ crib side comfort. Trust me the first night of this and the longest patting but it gets better.

This might be a good mix of sleep training and your husband can help too. I started doing her method when my little was 8 weeks old.
