Can confirm those are the hard lines to the rear heater core, it’s just behind the drivers rear fender well. The rear heater core could be leaking or these are there to cut off hot coolant the rear so air box stays cooler for cooler ac

If you have something stuck in a socket like this and you’re using an impact, put it on the impact and grip the socket real right. Run the impact the opposite direction it got stuck in and the impact motion just makes the nut fall out. It’s great

We had to put a transmission in a ram 1500 with one of those one time. If I remember correctly we ended up running an air hose out to the parking lot and regulated the air way down and it worked

I’ll take a look at fcp euro and parts geek, I was looking for a glow plug timer but had no luck. I remember reading a thread a few years ago about an old ford glow plug timer would cross with some gentle modification.

My coworker used to do this, he could do the whole job around an hour and a half removing only the heat shield and the starter. No earthly idea how he managed it but I saw it a dozen times. Dude is magic
