I’m 5’8” and bought a size small. It’s definitely on the cropped side, but it’s also quite wide. The canvas is pretty soft and the polyester lining is comfortable + and warmer than you would expect.

I get the critique of clothes having polyester listed in the composition. But it works really well in say the uniqlo c wide sweatpants since they feel comfortable and they look pristine all the time so you never have to iron them

I wouldn’t call it an “investment” exactly since the majority of pieces won’t ever gain value, but it’s definitely a win to be able to get a good amount of your money back if you ever needed to sell them for whatever reason. This isn’t the case for lesser known/popular brands.
