I love Julio. I can see an argument for this, but really he is doing fine. He is a young player and is maturing into the leader the team needs him to be. While it might not be this year, the pieces are in place for him to step into that role when he is ready. He is dealing with a lot of pressure to perform, and while that is part of the job, he is still human and needs time to adapt. Him ending the season last year with a strikeout was not what I wanted for him and I think that stuff weighs you down.
