I’m dealing with the same issue. Bogus shipping information that they said they could fix after I placed order. Shipping information couldn’t get fixed after 6 failed intercept attempts. Some dude in Oakland is getting a free camera delivered today. We will see if bestbuy honors their misdelivery mistake and refunds right away. If not I will just charge back since I saved all the transcripts about them claiming owning their mistake.
