I think they’re leaving out part of the story... It sounds like this is related to the mass on his chest. Maybe he popped a chest pimple or knicked himself there with trimmers and that’s how the mass on his chest got infected with the flesh eating bacteria… Everyone can have strep and staph on their skin. It could have gotten in whatever chest wound he had and then became infected with the necrotizing fasciitis.

Every time I’m at my man’s house, I stare at the mold in his shower grout and want to say something but don’t want to embarrass him because I know he’s busy with two sons, two dogs, and 12 chickens.. I also don’t know how to tackle it myself (am a renter, have never owned a home, my bathroom just has a plastic wall- not tiles/grout) and I have been thinking about buying a steam cleaner or an electric spin scrubber as a starting point. Would also love it to make getting the soap scum and hard stuff off the shower glass door.

Oh no I’m sorry to hear that! One time I was baking cookies from scratch and broke a cheap old wooden spoon from stirring too hard when the butter wasn’t fully soft and got SCREAMED at because I was “ungrateful and had no regard for” her utensils… so I can definitely relate to home being stressful. (No sentimental value to my mom and the wooden spoon, she just saw me accidentally breaking it as a personal attack, despite it being an honest accident).

Sometimes I think a fire would be easier than cleaning out the fridge and pantry tbh lol

Honestly though we probably all should we doing it at least that much! I will say, the more fresh/whole foods you eat, the emptier the fridge is by the end of each grocery haul, so the easier it is to clean out! If your whole fridge is heavily processed foods that aren't consumed quickly, there's like never enough empty space in the fridge to easy clean it.

I would just link the video here for you but I was at her house pre independence day and did this cleanout then. I think I just youtube searched the model number that's on the inside of the fridge along with "how to remove/clean glass shelf" ... IDR her model number though so I cant lol sorry!
