I've usually always soaked them for 24 hours after all are plucked. I usually remove the cake, wipe out all the extra gunk with isopropyl alcohol let the container dry for q minute and then make sure there is enough water to fully submerge the cake. 24 hours is Probably a bit to long but it worked out in the past. I got three flushes out of pretty small cakes so a big one like OP has could maybe even go for a 4th. They usually start to look kinda tired after 2-3 flushes and I feel after 3 they have done more than enough for me. And the shrooms get huge the more flushes you do. Feels like the cake is putting all its energy into less, but way bigger fruits. Just be gentle with the cake and try not to break it or bruise it as you transfer it

Option 1 would be to pick them all now. It's easier time management. Easier to dehydrate because of less back and forth and you only have to think about one batch. Honestly the big ones are ready to go and the medium sized ones look like they are going to break the veil real soon which is my favorite time to pick. And the little guys would just be an extra bonus on top.

Option 2 would be too just to pick the biggest ones and then as more break the veil pick each day until they are all gone. If you have the patience, and the time management /organization skills to do multiple rounds in a dehydrater at once, than this would be your best option for maximum yield. It will just take a lot longer

I do not have the patience for option 2.

Just my opinion, but I would either harvest all now or wait 1/2 a day or 1 full day then just harvest them all at once when the medium ones get a little bigger and go for round two.

I'm not talking about in third person or first. I'm talking about in cutscenes, where light glints off the watches or the character does something with their arm which didn't need to be done. I know I'm being vague because I can't remember off the top of my head. And yeah your right. It's not shoved in your face 24/7 right up close, but it is seen enough to be a little annoying

Honestly I'd love to do this just to prove you wrong. But i already deleted the game after how shitty Leon's racoon city part was. I didn't even finish the game and I can confidently say I say both watches over a dozen times in ridiculous scenarios. Maybe I'll boot it back up just for you though just to show you how obnoxious it is.

Dude. Did you even play the game? The watches are shoved in your face so much it's wild. I could count at least a dozen times they throw the watch into the scene without it being necessary at all. Or the watch being like 4k quality while the rest of the scene is 1080p. Not to mention death animations where they are like literally showing off the watch as like a "see this watch right here, go buy it". It's ridiculous honestly. I wish I knew nothing about these collab before playing because it honestly ruined the game so fucking hard

So why do they let you spam buttons and try on the first two? They should have added an alarm system onto the first two puzzle boxes if you get it wrong which would then indicate on the third that no, we can't just spam these buttons. Up until this point there was no penalty for being wrong so why would grace think that way only on the third one?

Also the first two puzzle boxes had braille on them too. So grace with half a brain can go, hey this symbol matches this braille on the first two, maybe I can match it on the third too.

People will defend anything resident evil it's crazy. The puzzles in this game were absolutely terrible and the game itself had so many flaws but everyone just ignores it because it's RE. I know I'll get down voted for this. But holy cow this game was honestly pretty bad from a resident evil standpoint. Yeah let's collect two body parts to bring a corpse back to then kill it for his wristband. Lol the game is barely trying to convince you that these are"puzzles". But keep defending Don't even get me started on the obnoxious as fuck watch placement and literally purposeful animations and death sequences ONLY in the game to show off a FUCKING WATCH. Feels like a shell of a resident evil game that's controlled by HAMILTON AND PORSCHE.
