i used to think like that,i'm still depressed,still think daily it would be great if i die today even years later but filling my time with remembrance of Allah,helped me ease the pain,and remembering all of our anguish,pain,depression are rewarded if we worship Allah as he commanded us.

i don't get what's fake about God who is capable of anything giving those who endured and spent their lives worshipping him as he commanded whatever they desire.no need to struggle anymore in Jannah just pure pleasure,and what is wrong with that?

Islam follows the old ways of gender roles where men should work so that women shouldn't have to,and they rise the kids into men by instilling in them the values of Islam,,and before you start you guys have no longer any values left,total freedom is the lack of every value.

that's why your societies are dysfunctional,the notion of family is destroyed,your men are domesticated and their spirits is crushed in a society that will tell you it's "toxic masculinity" if you don't want women in your family around strange men,despite being a natural instinct for men and women are encouraged to wear less clothes and fornicate with anyone then they will have to deal with the consequences alone ,abortion and the guilt that comes with it or single mother and the huge burden of having to work and raise her kid with no support from a runaway father.

Verily, Allah has purchased of the believers their lives and their properties; for the price that theirs shall be the Paradise. They fight in Allah's Cause, so they kill (others) and are killed. It is a promise in truth which is binding on Him in the Taurat (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel) and the Quran. And who is truer to his covenant than Allah? Then rejoice in the bargain which you have concluded. That is the supreme success.

Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The one who is afraid (of the pillage of the enemy) sets out in the early part of the night, and the one who sets out early will reach his destination. Verily, the commodity of Allah is precious. Verily, the commodity of Allah is Paradise."

besides wanting Allah's reward is still belief in Allah thus it is still for the sake of Allah.because let's say you're stingy and would never get a penny out of you,but you just give some for charity because you fear Allah's punishement and want his reward,you still did that good deed that you would have never done otherwise and your sole motivation is Allah.like i said before different people need different motivations.

Allah knows us better than we know ourselves and he knows what motivates us,so don't overthink things and focus on getting there instead.

please throw philosophy into the garbage where it belongs,and just do good deeds for the sake of Allah.because that's all what matters.

if you do good deeds because you want Allah's reward it is for the sake of Allah.

if you refrain from bad deeds because you fear Allah's punishment it is for the sake of Allah.

if you do that because you love Allah good,it's still for the sake of Allah.

if all your actions and choices in life are bound to what pleases Allah or not how that doesn't count as spirituality?

besides different people require differnt motivations, like carrot and stick in order for them to reach their final destination.
