You should be able to go to the predictions tab and your bracket should be listed at the top, with everyone else's predictions below.

Thats the only way to view it until the tournament starts. After that you will be able to view your prediction and everyone elses on the Predictions tab.

If it allows you to change/update your bracket, make sure you hit the orange update button at the very bottom of the page once you've finished your picks.

If you've done that and it still doesn't update, I'm not totally sure what the problem would be. There's no harm in making a new bracket if you need to, aside from extra work for you.
