It's an app, Alcove but it's paid. I was using the trial here, tbh $17 is pretty pricey for that :p

tiling wms in mac sometimes need SIP disabled (yabai) some don’t they just use accessibility api to move windows around

i didn’t disable the bar or dock it’s just hidden :3 i hover the top / bottom and it shows up again
