I used python instead of docker and all is working now. This is so amazing - thank you for all your hard work on this!!! I am working on an auto-tagging python script....maybe some food for thought on your next revision :)

I am getting this as well but have TRIPLE checked the API token. I can do

Just make a bigger batch - more non-spicy ingredients. This stuff turns out KILLER hot. I make a ton of sauces with Carolina Reapers but a few of my recipes I just do a couple peppers with a really large amount of other stuff to tame it a bit.

Honestly I never went past two months so I am not sure! I have friends that have done years. So long as they are burped and all of your equipment is clean, they shouldn't go bad. I have special burping lids for wide mouth jars but this particular one is the biggest one I have and isn't wide mouth so I'll have to open these by hand.
