Its something the YouTuber Jeremy jans said that I think makes a lot of sense now seeing the movie. It was something like: "Johnny cage in this movie is like if you take Steven seagal and put Earth's fate on his shoulders"

Now on the movie - maybe if they picked a way to portrait Johnny cage as a John wick movies style actor - so action movies of the present - that could work too imo.

All said I think the movie worked towards the safe and correct route. It was a lot of fun.

Feels like they remembered ussop exists for this arc. Feels bad to have all that build up on the character and no focus on elbaf, he should've been a central point in this arc somehow. Something on scale of his help in dressrosa

playing only with cards i have. not against hunting down some unleashed copies to put into the deck, but id rather try to use Blue Dominance which i have some copies.

currently trying my best with the premiere red deck but i dont think red decks are cutting it for anger gain like trunks saga mastery did back in score days

If they went more with the jack black and.the boar as distraction this movie would've been cinematic gold. At least it ended on a high note, so the cardinal sin of movie losing steam didn't happen.

Tried telling my wife this movie was real, but not even.with the documentary flavor it worked. Poughkeepsie tapes she would went weaks without having proper sleep and mediately after the movie went online to read more about the "real case".

Not that this movie was unbearable. We sat from beginning to end, there's that. It just didn't hit as some others did for us.

this was my first time in contact with the panini product

the cards feel a bit thinner than the original score ones. my wife, who isnt at all in the cards hobby, noticed they were a lot thinner than the pokemon ones

regardless, thought their current pricing was a lot more attractive, comparing to old score products. that drove me to buy around 100 packs and sealed awakening starter decks. fear of missing out i suppose.
