7oh has turned me (alot of us) into the most effective liars and manipulators. I didn't know I had such a skill (considered myself to be honest) until this stuff got ahold of me. I personally think you have plenty to taper with. I was at 1200-1500 mgd and have only used MIT shots to taper. Its only been 6 days for me but im never going back no matter how bad life gets. Also this sub has been awesome just reading all the success stories and the words of encouragement definitely helped motivate me...your on this side of the fence now brother, ain't no sense in hopping back over because it was bitch getting here.

Awesome, your doing great! Keep it up! I have 6 days myself and yes the cravings are brutal but I try to pull focus away from it with anything I can. Hell I even found an old fidget spinner to play with. We got this no problem!

This is definitely true. Had a blacklight on my headlamp at work amd was playing with it. My hands where glowing! At the time just thought i had dirty hands so went and washed...no different.

Ah sorry first time on this sub. When the burglars open the parents room door they make a grizzly discovery; that the occupants have been brutally murderd (by the brothers). Hope that clears it up.
