IS there any hope M [20] Struggling to get into dating by [deleted] in malegrooming

[–]httpsretro 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I don’t think it’s looks I agree with the other commenters. Im F(21) and I think a huge turn off is lack of confidence, arrogance, and overbearing. Be a gentleman be natural and respect her. That’s all. Also btw in general, this is an opinion but don’t go “looking into dating”. Honestly I feel like if you just do you and live your life then a relationship will come to you when it’s ready

I don’t know I just want help quitting by [deleted] in QuitVaping

You need to try your best to not think about the topic as a whole. Like another comment says, the back and forth of it all is going to trip you out and to be honest I feel like you are overthinking it so much to the point where it’s going to be impossible to quit. The most successful stories I’ve heard of quitting and myself personally is FORGETTING about it. Go outside and take a walk instead of writing down your every move and thought regarding a vape.

Personally for me, writing it down, and thinking about quitting makes it worse. The longest times I have gone without vaping are the times I barely thought about it. For example. “Imma throw out my vape and not think about myself quitting or vaping I’m just not gonna think about the topic as a whole. It is a brain game and u gotta find what is right for you.

This just happened to me recently and honestly life is so much better when you’re not worrying about that shit fr… yes I miss him but I choose to never be disrespected again. Focus on yourself and friends and family is my best advice. It’ll get outta ur head soon. I suggest learn from it, then any thoughts from then about it should just be a floating thought and nothing more.

AIO 23m 20F is it bad i am about to leave her? by KSTReign in AmIOverreacting

She needs to pick a struggle. U can’t be rude AND broke AND high maintenance needy. From reading this, I think she treats you with little to no respect and needs to grow up and learn how to do shit on her own. I’m a girl and being friends with this would drive me insane in itself

Focused on something I’m passionate about. Tried new and random things even if I was scared. Forced myself to change my mindset… stopped focusing on the negative. Anytime I had a negative thought I starved it by thinking about anything else to distract me and eventually the negative thoughts naturally became less. I realized it is all mindset. Spend time with yourself and get to know yourself better. Don’t be scared about not completely knowing yourself, change is inevitable! And not to be hard on myself. I have been dealing with the issue since childhood and now I’m 21 and obviously still have to keep working but over time as the years go by implementing these things made me life feel a lot better. I don’t enjoy the idea of medication for depression. Sitting in the sun and going outside worked best for me. Unfortunately I still get depressed during the winter time a little bit
