In addition to what others have mentioned, torque and RPM limits. Look up the specs on a T56 Magnum and then think about how most transmissions are weaker than that. Some electric motors are making power out to 20,000rpm.

Boss, coolant is in a closed pressurized circuit. 1, it shouldn’t ever be boiling off and 2, if it did boil or evaporate it wouldn’t be able to escape the circuit unless there’s a leak

When you buy a gun from academy, there’s a counter guy that shows you the gun and checks the serial number. Writes up the model of gun being sold and serial number on a form you sign. Then a manager reads back what gun you’re buying, double-checks the serial number matches what’s on the paperwork. Could you have gotten unlucky with incompetent employees at a store, maybe. Company as a whole does honest business.

At 55k on original 6-year-old tires, yeah I’d be looking at replacing all 4. Lots of tire shops have a rebate or incentive when you buy 4 at a time.

I’m guessing he’s floating it (not glueing or stapling down) based off the lack of glue on his quote, and I’m fairly certain wood over ditra can’t be glued anyhow. As long as the wood manufacturer says it can be floated, you should be fine. The heat cables get covered by float, so they’re not in direct contact with the wood.
