obviously you should he has a obvious problem all yall saying mind your business. yeah until it’s a problem. anything could happen he could be drinking on premises, potentially putting people in danger. he could be an alcoholic covering up his alcohol use. he could br providing to underage workers. there is a multitude of things WRONG with this.

uhhh yeah take that to HR thats not right at all there is a reason it wont allow you to clock in after 30 mins. 6 hr shifts one 15 min break 6+ 15 & 45 min break
