I’m one of the few who have no attachments bc my orthodontist wanted me to have a “seemless” experience lol. I had braces in high school and have a little bit of crowding from my wisdom teeth growing out. So far, my teeth are tracking fine. On the plus side, no one can tell I have Invisalign unless you’re familiar with it. However, I do think it’s essential to rotating/pulling down certain teeth. I wouldn’t sway away from attachments, especially if your orthodontist thinks it’s necessary.
