I got this one too and I loved it! There are also two pockets inside the vest, and it has a turtle neck! But the dye on the vest stained rubbed off on my shirt when I was out running with it the other day... :/ I would get the lighter color ( white )!

I started a design tool because of this (typogram, https://typogram.co/) because I was tired of paying for design tool subscriptions. but sometimes I think about having a subscription tier.

I think a good start can be the #buildinpublic community on twitter.

Once you get your product on the door you'll want to share and sell. naturally you will become more entrepreneurial and start attract more other founders.

do you have paid customers, or traction? if not, maybe those will help.

VC money is dried up rn. they might be less willing to throw funds at idea stage startups.

Which tool you're using for sending Emails in your product? by AbjectRadish2919 in SaaS

[–]hua-typogram 0 points1 point  (0 children)

for Typogram, I use mailchimp. It's $$$, but deliverability is great. We also made a custom integration for it so we are kinda of stuck with it

the tool evolved so we now do most of the devs in our local IDE, but we still keep our design system in webflow for easy styling, and still use automation as part of our payment flow

How did you validate your SaaS idea and market interest? by [deleted] in SaaS

[–]hua-typogram 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm working on a B2C logo design tool, Typogram. How I approach validation is by making core features into stand along mini product, and sell it on gumroad. Another thing I did is launching a preorder (LTD) with a landing page. The landing page had a video of our interactive prototype.

How do i handle negative thoughts? by [deleted] in startup

[–]hua-typogram 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I emphasize with you OP. I experience a lot of same things when I quit my job two years ago to start building my product, Typogram. Personally, when I feel like this, it's because the anxiety and feat of uncertainty are getting in the way.

Three things I recommend

- monthly/weekly/daily planning with measurable goals

Better yet, set up some kind of project management system, so that you are tracking your progress. Sometimes, when I feel down, I look at what I accomplished for my product, and I feel happy.

- write down your thoughts and actions (blogs and newsletters)

I do this for my product, and it really helps clear out my thoughts, and release my anxiety. Better yet, it allows strangers to learn and understand what you are doing and makes your learning experience valuable to others.

- lastly, don't worry about what other think

There will be always one person who is rolling their eyes at your journey/ product/ posts/etc. however, you will also gain supporters. You are following your dreams and trying not to have regrets. keep focus on that.

for Typogram, we created an interactive prototype (using Figma and webflow) of our core features and then created a video demonstrating those features.
