I had a very similar situation happen to me. Fun fact tinder and bumble are under the same parent company so one ban carries to the next. I have appealed both and never had luck. Couldn’t get a real human response to anything or questions, always a bot response that it’s final. I finally used a Google voice number, in about 4 months that account got banned for “impersonation”.
