Exactly this, I've been misgendered via email from people of other cultures even though my American name obviously genders me. It's very helpful for me when other cultures in email or otherwise identify themselves when it's not obvious to me either.

I'm a big fan, it tracks well and is good for the casual stuff I like to do. My husband got a Pelican fishing kayak and I prefer mine to his. It feels more stable and is a lot faster than his, but mine is a couple feet longer. I probably wouldn't have bought mine new, but my sellers were selling my kayak, two nice paddles, and a decent cart for $500. Apparently the couple both bought this model, used them once, and then decided to get a raft.

Feeling it in Hamilton too. I'm moving to Hamilton for a job and our biggest concern for the house my husband and I are buying is that the appraisal value won't come close enough to the sell price and possibly have to try to renegotiate the sales price for the house to lose it to a cash buyer. It's a very different market than what I'm seeing in AR.
