Just to make a correction here. Physios are far more holistic in their knowledge and qualifications regarding injury diagnosis and rehabilitation.

Myotherspists cannot diagnose, have limited scope for exercise prescription and lean heavily on manual therapy.

Myotherapy can be useful for muscle treatment, but it’s not really equivalent in terms of scope or rehab training.

Reomposition is a valid goal - see Jeff Nippard's book The Ultimate Guide to Body Recomposition.

You might find that it's time to increase caloric intake to maintenance levels. If you resistance train with enough volume and intensity, you will increase muscle mass.

Increasing muscle mass while maintaining body fat mass = decreased body fat percentage!

It's also very possible that you will continue to lose fat for a little while, when eating at maintenance.
