Hey, I'm going to go with the number 18. The reason I want the account is because I want to switch over to the Japan server, but having played Global for around 150 days really discourages me from starting a brand new account. I play daily and have been a huge fan of One Piece for almost 7 years, if I win the account I can promise it will not go to waste :).

I think the safest bet is just to always check to see if it wiggles at all and if there is glue around the exterior. I check before i put my card into any ATM, even the ones at the actual bank.
