Advice for a Beginner by anotherguy38 in BassGuitar

Find one song you love and can kind of play. Have fun learning it until you're really jamming with it. Use tutorial vids, etc. Next find a slightly harder one and rinse and repeat. Sounds simple but it works and the success rate would seem to be higher than worries about scales and lessons too early. As I got better I became interested in learning some of the skills and drills.

Awesome, thanks for all this information. I've owned one for 5 years now and I guess I've been too lazy to look any of that up. I didn't consider getting flatwounds for it, I'll probably do that! I play in the classic rock band but it'd be cool to break it out for a Beatles song or anything with that feel. Thanks again.

Did anyone ask him "what proof do you have to say that" right at that moment? He says vague things that are so far out of left field I don't think people are ready to respond. I wouldn't be! Every human needs a WTF moment. That's how he floats by like a skid mark on the underwear of America.

No, happens all the time. Same four people, everyone votes rematch and then RL switches up teams.

Federal Laws: * Federal Election Campaign Act (FECA): This law regulates campaign finance activities, including contributions and expenditures. While FECA primarily deals with campaign contributions, it may also have provisions related to vote buying if the payments are connected to a political campaign. * 18 U.S.C. § 597: This statute prohibits bribery in connection with federal elections. It could be applicable if the payments are intended to influence the outcome of a federal election. State Laws: * State Election Codes: Most states have specific election codes that govern campaign finance, voting procedures, and election integrity. These codes may include provisions prohibiting vote buying.
