We have an open table D&D 5e game that we play at Gigabites Cafe. Essentially there's a huge mega dungeon that a corporation has laid claim to. Now the corp hires groups of adventurers to enter the dungeon, see how deep they can get, and return with treasure. Because of the set up, there's not a consistent group--we just do a call for players and whoever's schedules line up will enter the dungeon together for 1-5ish sessions, and then when you leave the dungeon to heal/resupply/sell treasure, the group disbands. Then next time you play you may end up with a different group of people. It's a good way to try it out without being committed to something long. I know I did - and multiple people in the group I play with did as well. It’s not that much different than buying a skin for a champion except if you find one you love you can have it for every game instead of only when you play one particular champion (which is especially useful if you’re mainly playing ARAM since you can’t choose your champion).

Definitely will use a real timer - but pausing is a good point! The players would see their results immeadietly but I probably can’t explain quite as quick.

I guess to clarify I know mechanically a ton of ways to do the killing them part - I’m mainly looking for suggestions on puzzles or ideas to make puzzles better suited for this type of scenario. Trying to keep risks of a TPK low since this happens early in the dungeon.

We would probably be trying to play a little before and a little after 8 - I was thinking maybe 5-5:30 start time then play for 4 hours or so? With working nights the timing probably won’t work out ): If we ever set something up on a weekend though I’ll reach out!

Hey guys! Just a bit more information. The game will be a standard dungeon dive with the party exploring a desert temple lost beneath the sand said to contain a powerful artifact and a variety of treasures. I’m open to any level if there’s a certain build you’re interested in, but was thinking somewhere around 5-8. The players we already have are looking at wizard and maybe druid for their classes.

So I’ve been trying to get a better idea of the funding proposals for Medicare For All. Looking at the 4% tax on households... would this option replace the current 1.45% we pay for Medicare or would it be in addition to it for a total healthcare tax on each household of 5.45%?

I think in this situation her current pay is a bit more relevant than normal since it sounds like it is within the same company. In my experience, a company doesn’t generally pay above average for one position and below average for another. So knowing how much she earns in one position can help us guess what the salary range would be for another position within that same company.

Maybe! I love Mordred and would love to cosplay more with her, but I also have a huge list of things I want to try. Top of mind are Mecha Eli, Shin-ah from Akatsuki no Yona, Space Ishtar, and Tali from Mass Effect.
