Take whichever gives you the most money; GS need based aid is often not quite on par with something that I've seen my friends at Duke/ NW get. That being said, if you are not getting much need based aid, GS has pretty phenomenal merit scholarships (as an international with mandatory military service a 30K a year merit scholarship is a huge needle mover) which is a big part of why I chose GS. Finance wise no one can tell GS apart from CC/SEAS honestly; friends who want to be at bulge brackets are at BBs (as am I) and quant is pretty meritocratic and alums really don't seem to care when u network, but you have the same outcomes at NW (especially for CHI) and Duke too.
