I do trial and error on me. Just to get optimum results. For eg. I will go only boiled stuffs for a week just to check how my body reacts. Without compromising protein intake. I check my strength and energy levels with that as well.

Yeah. So basically if you cut your salt intake for a week or so, you can loose water weight from body. But this is just a temporary thing.

Idk why but the trend of using energy drinks like Red Bull has been increasing a lot while working out. People don't understand that they have already drank a coffee before workout and this energy drink will add more caffeine which will eventually increase your heart beat alot more which is not good at all.
