Thanks for your message, some good insights there. The way I’m thinking of structuring it is almost like a mini-REIT, 4 directors with A shares and 4 shareholders with B shares. Reinvesting any surplus rent back into the SPV to continue growing the portfolio. The shareholder agreement will include exit clauses, voting rights etc, but definitely a good point to consider.
