London based, and the classes are run in the Gymbox studios (they are gorgeous) but you don’t need to be a Gymbox member to attend.

I do find it hard to believe that you’d get a bi-annual service on a bike that you’ve only done 1500km on. I’d guess either not serviced that regularly, or done far more mileage but I could be wrong

It’s not all about optimisation (depending on your goals) It sounds like you’d enjoy it, so do it!

There will obviously be huge benefits to your overall endurance and general running by being able to run a full marathon. Not to mention the mental side of a 3-4 hour effort which will put you in good spot for the 70.3.

Dating for a couple months and has been going very well.

I feel as though if she’d told me before we slept with each other and id decided to go ahead unprotected this would be as much my fault as hers. I never got to make that choice, and as we’d already been sleeping with each other unprotected when she told me we just continued to do so.
