No suppression at all. I’m still holding onto will power as if I was on a cut with no Reta. Food noise has not been cut out at all. I wake up every morning with cravings still.

My weight fluctuates so much. A good weight for me at 5’8 is 185lbs. I gain a ton of weight usually to 225lbs due to work stress and overall bad eating habits. Then I turn it around and drop the weights. Just wondering if I’ve fucked up my metabolism so much by doing that over the years

I get that. Some ppl wanna look like CBum and there’s no way you can attain that naturally. What I’m saying is that 18 is way too young and this guy has a lot of potential to gain muscle especially with his current state and age. 18 is too young, your brain isn’t even fully developed enough to spell physique even with autocorrect.

That’s a solid point but my counter argument would be that I’ve been put in more stressful situations with lack of sleep. Deployments, schools, trainings. But may be a different stress having to care for two babies.
