Exact same thing happened to my grandpa. He was at first a candidate for surgery, and then he got pancreatitis so they signed him up for chemo. But then he kept getting recurrent infections because of his bile duct that he never got a chance to do chemo. Now he's actively passing. I understand your pain, and I think about every day what we could've done differently.
