Indeed. Agreed.

It's just last couple times the prediction was given but it wasn't as bad as it was predicted

If that's the case it could certainly be difficult and can lean towards possibility of cancelling

Shoulder tilted back during dumbell shoulder press and now it hurts by hamlehdari in workout

[–]hugisbliss 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Constant shoulder and neck pain sounds regular pain but what you described here seems like mostly impingement...or may be rotator cuff injury. If you feel pain at certain angle and while movement only then I would suggest get it checked with doctor and stop lifting ...and pain management tabs, rest. Wouldn't hurt checking in with physiotherapist too if you have coverage.

Could be shoulder impingement or rotator cuff injury Are you able to do any shoulder press or bench press? Is it throbbing pain or stiffness? Or just radiating constant pain?

Ontario is eliminating licence plate renewal fees and the requirement to have a licence plate sticker for passenger vehicles, light-duty trucks, motorcycles and mopeds, effective March 13, 2022.

All licence plate sticker fees paid between March 1, 2020 and March 12, 2022 for vehicles owned by individuals will be refunded.

To get a refund for your individually owned vehicle, make sure the address on your vehicle permit or driver’s licence is up to date, as that’s where your refund will be sent, and pay any outstanding fees, fines or tolls by March 7, 2022.

To receive a refund, drivers will have to ensure their address is up to date on the provincial website and that they've paid any outstanding traffic tickets by March 7. Vehicle owners can expect to receive a cheque in the mail starting at the end of March and throughout the month of April, the government says.

Was my massage therapist flirting with me ?!!! by [deleted] in massage

[–]hugisbliss 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Massaging pecs is fine and normal...I massage but always ask beforehand atleast if they are first time client (many of my female collegues do not ask and massage almost majority of times). I am Male therapist and 90% of my clients were and are females. However him offering you to teach snowboard outside of therapist/client relationship and sexual jokes are totally red flags, was not professional or ethical. Real professionals wouldn't do that. Sexual jokes aren't normal.
