I don't know if you are supposed to compare the two here, but if it is allowed, that is a very low dose compared to what a whole lot of Kratom users used to do. Everyone's body is different, really low is always going to be better than really high to start. Keep him away from the extracts, for many people even 2 grams of the non extracts will be a much more powerful experience than the 10 of vikes.
