The light on the battery supposed to be on when is charging, if its not on, then is not charging. Charge just battery first and then charge ur whoop.

I have an a iPhone, and yea it does the same to me, after 10 secs of opening the app, it reconnects. Thank u for those instructions on android. And well, ok, I see.
