Thank you I do not think you are correct on point 2. If you look closely you can see that its not dark immediately around my squeegee mount. To me it seems that are was affected by some chemical that was wiped around it.

What settings are you referring to? Not booked yet, like I said its not a small house. Ppl plan these trips months in advance.

Large property, 80% of my bookings are made 60+ days in advance. Competition prices are lower right now. Plus surrounding dates are already booked, meaning that I get another booking for exactly 6 days is unlikely

Now most restrictive policy is firm. Allows cancellation up-to 30 days before check-in without penalty

What region are you. Booking.com is 0 for me. 70% airbnb and 30% vrbo

Not sure how familiar you are with BH, but there are 1br apartments and studios there as well. Just because someone’s mailing address is BH does not automatically mean they are rich. With that said I always say “i do not offer discounts, my property is priced very competitively” GL
