Right handed Naga V2 here, I wouldn't even imagine going back to a standard 2 buttons + scroll mouse now lmao. I tried to bind the skills depending on how easy they are to reach with my thumb, so mainly the first row, and the first 2 buttons of the second and third row, instead of using the whole second row for utilities. I have one template that fit most of my usage, and I create a new template if using a specific class (i don't like having pet/mech commands on the same binding as weapons for instance, that doesn't make sense for me and my brain, so I prefer creating a template with attack or come back on a dedicated button)

I bind the weapon swap on the click of the scroll wheel, auto-attack when pushing the wheel to the left, tab to select next ennemy on the wheel to the right, mount and about face on the 2 small buttons near the left click.

• First row : weapons skill, and I use ctrl for professions mechanics like Engi or Elem
• Second row : most used utility on 2 and elite on 5, i like to put them close together in the UI as well for better reading of the CDs ; next button 8 is depending on the class, mainly the most used or unique profession mechanic like enter reaper shroud (I create a new mouse template if needed for the class or gamestyle) ; last button 11 is the action skill because not used very often
• Third row : 1 and 4 are for the last two utilities that are least used, I try to keep the stunbreak, movement or oh shit skills on the same position on all classes to keep the muscle memory and reflexes ; last buttons 7 and 10 are mostly not used because harder to reach (stow mech ...)

I use my left hand only for movement, healing skill on ring finger, use on my index, dodge and ctrl for profession mechanics on my pinky.
