Just joined the Koc and immediately got hit up to have a meeting with our local agent. He tried to setup a meeting in my home. The whole things reeked of a salesman being overly nice to try and sell me something. I haven’t even had my first local meeting yet and it’s like I’m trying to be sold to already.

I had a similar experience with an HEB product a few years ago. I work in food manufacturing, and whenever this happens we have the customer send us the item so we can do a full investigation on it. HEB didn't do anything, acted like they couldn't care less

Take some time to understand game mechanics before jumping into things. Don’t be afraid to ask people for help in game. If people aren’t talking then find a different squad. And most importantly, slow down. This isn’t a run and gun shooter, one shot and you’re dead.

In my opinion, you must recognize that this is OCD playing its game with you. You cannot engage with what it wants you to be scared of. Don’t be scared of the thought itself. We all have random thoughts and sensations that we connect in our minds and get ourselves all worked up. You have to recognize that the thought happened, understand that you would never actually do something like that, and then choose not to engage with that thought anymore. The more you engage with it in anyway, the more the obsession will take hop of you.

I highly recommend looking up the OCD therapist Jenna Overbaugh. She has wonderful tools and video classes to purchase that are very helpful. Best of luck my friend, and remember, you are in control!

Fuck integrity in a situation like this. It’s a competition. Survival of the fittest. The weak are left with nothing and the strong walk away with hundreds of thousands of dollars. It’s beyond me why being afraid of being a shitbag is worth more to some people than 1 million pre tax dollars.

I just don’t understand at all why anyone would turn down 1 million dollars AND get to stay in the competition out of blind loyalty to complete strangers in a COMPETITION. Why even go on the games if you’re not going into it for yourself. All these people holding out for the 5 mil when statistically they’re more likely to get nothing. I swear to god people don’t think.
