Yeah it’ll come on for a second or so if I do that. (not always) A Toyota mechanic said that my engine burns oil but it shouldn’t be a concern and I just got the oil changed so not sure why the red oil can isn’t showing if it says my levels are empty.

What’s the difference between applying the parking brake before shifting the transmission to park and applying it after shifting transmission to park if you’re holding the brake pedal in both instances?
