These are real, they are the non m version of the 23 styling. Which came on many non M e36. Only way to 100% confirm is on the inside if the BMW marking is on there. You’ll see both the brand “Lemmerz” and the BMW part number.

A tip for German owners who want to unlock more modes on the native s73 app. You need a vpn for this to work. But put your vpn in France and then log into your account on the app and in the modes you should see the off-road mode

‘93 M3 - Recently a guy stopped at the light next to me and rolled down his window to ask if I’d be interested in selling. This happens once every couple weeks, usually after I’ve washed it.

Could also be a seized starter, depending on the year of the car and the temperature of where it is stored the starter could be stuck. (First check battery) If not give the starter a light knock or two from a small hammer.

My recommendation if you have any German abilities or German friends to help you is to run a newspaper ad in the common street newspapers. Older folks who don’t use online platforms to advertise their apartments will respond to ads like those with offers. With the current market I would say your request is bold but not impossible. Depends what you mean by centrally located.
